AI advisory

AI can take hours out of your week.
We’ll show you where.

You don't need new software to get value from AI. Most of the gains come from using it well in the tools you already pay for. We look at how your team actually works, find where AI cuts the busywork, and help you put it in place.

Sounds familiar?

You know AI should help. You're not sure where.

  • You pay for ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini, and nobody's sure it's saving anything.
  • Everyone uses AI their own way, some of it on personal accounts.
  • Quotes, follow-ups and paperwork eat hours that should go to customers.
  • Nobody's sure what's safe to paste into an AI tool.
  • Costs keep rising and you'd rather not hire just to keep up.

What we do

From “we should use AI” to hours back every week.

Map where the hours go

We look at how your team really works: quoting, scheduling, follow-ups, invoicing, reporting. Then we write down where the time goes.

Rank the wins

Every idea comes with the hours it saves, what it costs and how hard it is to set up, so you start with what pays back fastest.

Pick the right tools

Often ones you already pay for. We don't resell software or take commissions, so the recommendation is just the recommendation.

Set it up with you

Templates, saved instructions, connections between your tools, and a person checking anything that goes to a customer.

Train your team

Hands-on sessions built around their own work, not a generic demo. Recorded, so new hires can catch up.

Keep customer data safe

A one-page AI policy in plain English: which tools are approved, and what can and can't go into them.

How it works

A free call, a fixed price, then results you can measure.

Free intro call

20–30 minutes on how your team works and where the time goes. We’ll tell you if advisory is worth it.

Workflow review

We look at your real processes and tools, then quote the work at a fixed price before we start.

The plan

A short, ranked list of changes with the time and money each one saves.

Roll it out

We set it up, train your team and check back to see what’s actually being used.

Advice first

Software only when it earns its place.

AI advisory stands on its own. You don't need a build, a diagnostic or anything else from us. Most of what we recommend runs on tools you already have.

When something would work better built for you, like AI wired directly into your own software, we'll say so and quote it separately. Take the plan to anyone, or just use it yourself.

What you keep

  • A ranked plan with the time and money each change saves
  • Tools set up in your own accounts
  • Recorded training for your team
  • A plain-English AI policy for customer data

Questions

What owners ask about AI.

Usually not. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and most business apps already include AI features. We start there, and only suggest something new when it clearly pays for itself.

No. Advice is its own service. If a build would make sense, we'll say so plainly and price it separately, and you're free to ignore it.

Some tools and plans are, some aren't. We set you up on business plans that don't train on your data, and write down plainly what can go in.

No. We talk about your business, not technology, and train your team in everyday words.

It depends on how many people and processes are in scope. After a free call we quote a fixed price, so you know the number before we start.

Find out where AI fits in your business.

Start with a free 20–30 minute call. We'll tell you honestly where AI would save you time, and where it wouldn't.
